PERSONAL COACHING WITH TOM

 

Whilst lots of our students enjoy the social side to group training, others prefer 1 on 1 coaching to progress faster or simply so that they can choose a more specific day/time to train. 

 

Our sessions focus primarily on boxing/kickboxing technique, pad work and sparring drills as well as building fitness, strength and conditioning.  

 

Each plan is tailored to the individual student depending on what they aim to achieve.
