Our beginners kickboxing sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday between 6pm and 7pm at St Johns Recreation Centre! Get fit, have fun and learn some great kickboxing and boxing skills.
PERSONAL COACHING WITH TOM
Whilst lots of our students enjoy the social side to group training, others prefer 1 on 1 coaching to progress faster or simply so that they can choose a more specific day/time to train.
Our sessions focus primarily on boxing/kickboxing technique, pad work and sparring drills as well as building fitness, strength and conditioning.
Each plan is tailored to the individual student depending on what they aim to achieve.
